Absolutely no, two entirely diff sources of calories power the muscles and fats and they are two entirely different components of the body.

What will happen is basically your activity level will reduce, causing the difference in your calorie requirements leading on to storing all the extra calories to be stored as fat because you aren’t burning it out hence your fat percentage increases , due to no training eventually your muscles will go through atrophy /shrink/ loose or remain the same while fat add on and fat cells increase in size making you look plum.

Hence fats will do what is supposed and muscles will do what they are suppose to if you don’t workout .
